World-class search and filters
Every message from every managed address lands in one Gmail inbox. Search across all your domain addresses at once — no switching accounts, no fragmented history.
Gmail already gives most teams the search, filtering, and labeling workflow they want. OhRelay adds the missing layer: the ability to handle many custom domain addresses without turning each one into another paid mailbox account.
Keep the Gmail interface you already know. Add the address routing and reply identity layer your business needs.
Gmail's search, filters, and labels are unmatched. The only gap is native support for multiple custom domain addresses without paying per seat. OhRelay fills exactly that gap.
Every message from every managed address lands in one Gmail inbox. Search across all your domain addresses at once — no switching accounts, no fragmented history.
Gmail's Settings → Accounts → "Send mail as" makes it straightforward to pair Gmail with OhRelay SMTP. When you reply in Gmail Web, you choose the correct managed address from the sender dropdown and send.
Every reply you send via OhRelay is archived in your own Gmail sent folder. Your full communication history lives in your Google account — searchable, portable, and not locked in a third-party dashboard.
No migration. No new mailbox. Just add OhRelay's SMTP credentials to your existing Gmail settings.
Point your domain's email routing to OhRelay. Cloudflare-managed domains take under five minutes. Any domain where you control DNS works.
In the OhRelay control panel, set your Gmail as the working inbox for each managed address. Mail sent to support@yourdomain.com, hello@project.com, or any other address routes straight in.
Go to Gmail Settings → Accounts and Import → Send mail as. Add each managed address using the SMTP credentials OhRelay generates for you. From that point, when you compose or reply in Gmail, select the correct managed address from the sender dropdown — this is a one-step action required by Google's own security model.
Gmail's "Send mail as" setup works well, but it still asks you to choose the sender from a dropdown when you reply. That step comes from Google's own anti-spoofing model, not from OhRelay.
If you prefer zero manual steps, configure a desktop mail client — Spark, Thunderbird, or Mimestream — to use OhRelay as your outbound SMTP server. In that setup, the correct sender address can be restored automatically on each reply, with nothing extra to select.
OhRelay routes outbound mail through AWS SES with proper DMARC alignment — so your replies land in inboxes, not spam folders.
Every reply you send via OhRelay goes through Amazon SES — the same infrastructure used by large-scale senders. Your domain addresses benefit from enterprise-grade deliverability without managing your own sending setup.
OhRelay configures the sending path so Gmail recipients see a clean, professional sender identity instead of awkward "sent via" or "on behalf of" behavior.
Google Workspace charges per user per month. OhRelay charges for managed addresses and working inboxes — a fundamentally different model for operators who have more addresses than people.
Each visible address often turns into its own Workspace account, alias setup, or admin task. A small team can end up managing a mailbox footprint that looks much bigger than the company actually is.
One Gmail working inbox can sit behind many managed addresses. The same operator can handle support@, billing@, hello@, and founder@ across several domains without switching mailbox accounts all day.
OhRelay does not store your email content. Messages land in Gmail and stay there, indexed by Google and searchable in the same account your team already uses.
